Kondor Blue Cage - Thoughts?

Hey Everyone,

I could not find this anywhere, and there is so little about this cage on YT and web reviews. Does anyone own a Kondor Blue cage?

I'm debating between the Small-Rig, Tilta and now the Kondor Blue cage. Tilta was in the running but my biggest downfall with that set up is the top plate and handle.

For me, side handles are one of my priorities. I love the Tilta handles, but the don't fit on small-rig cages unless you modify them. The Kondor Blue looks like they could support Tilta handles.

My normal rig will includes the following:

• SmallHD Cine 7
• Wooden Camera Follow Focus
• Wooden V-Mount
• GDU Battery
• Eye Bolts with strap

What are you guys loving? Any information is much appreciated!

Isn't it still on preorder?
Wondering if that top handle (R/S function) really works with Komodo's Expander Module. They state it works with cameras supporting Panasonics and Sony (LANC) protocol. (hence the S and P switch on the handle)
Don't know where the socket for that R/S cable is. You should check that with Kondor Blue first, if this feature is important to you.

Still on pre-order. I ordered mine about 4 weeks ago through a group buy they did on Facebook with the Komodo Users group.

Should be arriving sometime soon. They were guessing late March for these initial orders. I'll let you know when I get it
