Hello,

Has anyone encountered this similar situation? When I capture footage with Komodo-x, I sometimes get pixel errors in the form of vertical stripes, like the one on the far right in the screenshot attachments below. Sometimes this stripe appears on the left side, and sometimes on the right. It requires a shutdown and restart to fix it with a probability, but the issue might reappear after a reboot.

The screenshot is taken from the phone screen of the Red Control app, and the top screen of the Komodo-x also has the same issue. The firmware version is 1.0.4. Has anyone experienced something similar? Thanks in advance.

Interesting. It looks like its taking a few lines of pixels from the left side of the frame and putting them frame right. This definitely seems like a bug of some sort.

Is this embedded into your recorded files or is it just while monitoring?

I've only used the K-X 2-3 times, and so far, this issue hasn't been recorded to the files. It seems that it's a bug with the K-X's top screen. I also did some tests and found that this problem primarily occurs after turning on Peaking(Edge), and when the camera pans over highly lit areas (like overexposed outdoors), there's a chance this vertical bar will appear. Turning off Peaking then leaves the bar on the top screen's display. I reported this issue to Red, and I'll be capturing a video showing this problem in the next few days, which I'll share on this forum.
