Komodo-X Hot Media

Hi, I am new to the Komodo-X system (coming back after 7 years and an Epic-x)

When I leave the Komodo on for a longer period of time on DC power and don't record anything, when ejecting the media I get this warning about Hot Media.
The CFExpress card is indeed very hot.
Is this normal?

pre-record is turned off so there should not really be a reason for the card to be so hot, right?

CFx B cards just get very hot since they're made of metal. I've gotten that same note a few times. It's normal and just something to be aware of so you don't drop your media or give yourself a very very very very very very minor burn. You'd likely need pretty delicate skin to run into any issues.
