Hello,

Getting some troubles with the Beta 1.2.1. on Komodo-X white.
When I loaded it, it worked first but after a reboot it won't boot entirely and stops by Error 110. It gives me either the Save log or Restart option in circles.
Error 110 should be a hardware error but I downgraded to release firmware 1.1.1 and it works again.
So not quite sure what happens. I sent the Log to RED and will be keep you informed. See you.

Soo Jonathan from Technical support from RED got back to me and it works when doing what he said :

"Let’s try a hard restore. This can be done by turning off the camera and then pressing and holding the REC button while switching the power ON. Continue holding the REC button until the camera has booted. If the harder restore allows you to bypass the error 110, please perform a calibration."

I suppose I had to swipe out some old user settings to get it work.

I actually just started getting this error today.
Odd since my KX worked fine after I first installed the 1.2.1 Beta.

I did the procedure you outlined to get my camera back.

Being able to update firmware wirelessly is very useful in situations like this.

I went back to 1.1.1 like you and everything seems fine though I now have to recreate my settings.

Would be great if there was a way camera settings (camera name, wifi, etc) and user setting's (ie presets) could be backed up to a file and restored in case of hard resets like the above.

I did have my settings going back to 1.1.1 only lost them after doing the above described hard restore. Now the 1.2.1 beta is working for me.

Looks like RED posted an update 1.2.3beta that fixes the issue.
