  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Komodo Timelapse Beta Firmware

I tried the new firmware and kept getting Sdi issues. No image in monitor just static like an old tv with no channel reception. After rebooting once or twice problem would go away. One time didn't even have an image on the onboard monitor just black. Sometimes worked sometimes not. I went back to previous firmware and haven't had any issues like this. Wish I could use the new Timelapse feature but can't trust this beta firmware on a paying gig.

This is now fixed in the latest 1.6.3beta released on Friday:

SIGNIFICANT CHANGES SINCE PREVIOUS BUILD
  • Fixed 6K 2.4:1 max frame rate (50fps)
