  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Komodo shipping?

Thanks Rakesh! Yeah it seems like they’re ramping up. This is good news because a lot of people are waiting for their Camera.
 
I ordered from B and H early in November and just got my shipping notification this morning!!
Cant wait to start shooting !!
 
Frederick, Did you order the camera only or camera with the production package? I'm wondering if those of us who ordered the production package are having to wait a little longer. I ordered through Filmtools NOV. 3rd and it's been radio silence since.
 
Finally received my shipping notification this morning :) It gets here Wednesday. Perfect timing for a shoot on the 1st.

I did only order the camera alone. I bought all the rest of the accessories piecemeal as I have waited on the camera :)

I placed my order just on December 10, I am going to have to wait a long time, it really is the love for RED, because it takes a lot of patience to wait so long.
 
My October order left for my house on the 25th, California / Memphis / Paris / in two days ... it arrived in Barcelona on the 27th .... delivery for today and it cannot arrive, they are wrong destination !! (I live on an island and they have sent to another)
Until Monday nothing brrrrr hahaha
 
Any beta on when the next round of Komodo's will ship? I ordered mine from B&H at the end of Dec. My brother ordered one in Nov. and get his camera last week. Fired up! Making the jump from a Sony FS7 ii.
 
I made my purchase at B&H, I made it on December 10, two weeks ago I consulted Customer Service and they told me that they could ship it on February 10, but at the moment there is no news, they told me they have no information from the manufacturer.
 
Today I finally received mine bought direct from RED on October 26 ... so that you can calculate how long it takes !!! but it's worth the wait!

Super happy!!
