  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

I get an "payment methode error" after having used my credit card. Using the Hydrogen IMEI number and am trying to pay in "Euro". Should I try to pay in dollar or is it the credit card that is wrong somehow? Thanks for your help.

Update: Managed to make the purchase using dollar as currency.
 
Is it possible to order this within EU from the UK store? Getting a VAT notice that add $999 and gets my discount back to essentially no discount. Within EU there is no VAT added between EU members, so this would be helpful.
 
Christoffer, without knowing I would asume that we will get a tax refund later on.

Not sure, earlier when ordering through Red.com, it would prompt a store to buy from and through that (being an EU store), with our VAT number registered at Red, no VAT is charged. The VAT we pay is handled within our own EU country and later we pay that VAT within Sweden. So at checkout, we shouldn't see any VAT applied at all, only the price (and in my case the discount), but no VAT, that's handled by EU.

I have plenty money but I think it's a payment method problem or something.

Will it be available at RED reseller Vocas in the Netherlands soon? I think it might be more easy for me to order there.
