Komodo Outrigger Handle Run/Stop seems to be buggy

I got the komodo production pack last year around October, and i haven't used the outrigger handle much recently, except that I used it during an event I was filming recently and I noticed that the Run/Stop is a bit buggy. Sometimes it will randomly stop a recording or randomly start one. I can't even get the issue to replicate on demand but it happens very often. It happens on my V-Raptor as well, so i'm not sure that it's a problem with either camera.

Do i need to clean out the connecting pins on the Outrigger Handle or something? Or should I just send it straight to get serviced/repaired. I'm a fairly new RED User so i haven't had to get anything serviced yet - any idea as far as cost for getting something kinda minor like this serviced?

Has anyone else had this issue?
