Hello! I'm currently having a little issue on my Komodo OG, ever since I updated to firmware 1.7.5. For context, I have the Tilta Advanced V-Mount battery plate. This setup never caused any issues or the "unnaproved battery" warning before. Since the update, everything seems to be working, but the thunderbolt icon that represents the DC power status is red, the camera reads a DC voltage of 0.0 and the green led above the DC-IN port is on, despite nothing being connected to DC. I'm wondering if there's a setting I can change, or if this issue could potentially be harmful to the camera in the long term. Thanks!

Try a factory reset (alway recommended after a firmware update). Be shure to erase all old data from your memory card. I recommend the Core SWX CXV-KOMU battery plate because it's the only one to read the battery charging status and pass it over to the Komodo. You must use V-Mount batteries which provide the appropriate data bus (Core, Bebob and Swit).
