Komodo & Leica R Zooms

Does anyone have any experience shooting the Leica r zooms on the Komodo? There are a few interesting lenses in that family that look really nice for documentary/run and gun work. Haven’t found much info online about using them for cinema use. I imagine they’re not parfocal, but with focus assist tools we can get by without zooming in to check focus.

Just wondering if anyone had any hands on experience with the combo.

Ive used many of them on RED cameras...they are wonderful lenses. The 35-70 f2.8 is exceptional, but big and heavy...the f4 version is half the size and also a nice and far cheaper option. The 70-180 is my favorite...I use it all the time.

I don't own any of the zooms, but have a set of the primes. I adore them. Would love to add their zooms to the kit!
