  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Komodo Confirmation Email replay info?

He has sent confirmation and said he is just going through the list so just give him some time.

I haven't gotten anything yet from Clark after his first email asking for shipping address and preferred payment options

Does that mean you got 2 emails from Clark, the initial contact and now a secondary with payment being charged to your card? or just the first one?
 
I got a second email confirming the addition of the CFast 2.0 card. He said he will reach back out once he reaches me in the queue.

Same for me. Just give it time he is making his way through the list.
 
I wonder if they got more requests for Komodos than expected (yay to that) and therefore the timeline Jarred originally shared (i.e. stormtroopers ship next week) is a little delayed (no biggy).

Dang, I feel like 5 year old waiting for Christmas which cannot come soon enough. Thanks Jarred and team for making me (us?) feel like a child again ;)
 
I’m guessing the response was insane. And I’m sure anyone who emailed, willing to pay the extra premium and dive into KOMODO before official release is going to get a Storm Trooper. It will probably take a while to get through all these orders.

I got all excited today when I received a FedEx shipping notice saying I had a package from RED.COM! And then it turns out it’s just my Timmy Ribs... Not that I’m complaining, but for about a minute there, I was like “It’s happening!!!” Hehe.

I requested Bye Bye Blue but was told to count on Stormtrooper by Clark. Pretty sure there is a very limited number unfortunately and they were to be made in production the Monday after the stormtrooper email went out. So by the time most of us got our reply from Clark, they were probably already mostly made prior to 4th of July weekend. Sucks, I really wanted that color.

there's a guy on facebook that said he paid for a custom color (before blue) and has not gotten it yet so still lots of waiting to be had.

I am part of the "paid invoice" camp for the yellow komodo. Tomorrow will be a month since I opt'ed to pay balance. I believe there some sort of hardware, firmware, or software changes made between the orange and yellow komodo which would explain the production delay. With that said you guys should definitely try to hang tight especially with the COVID-19 scare.

Those of you that have confirmed payment, have you checked your accounts to see if the money has actually gone out or if there is just a hold. I don’t believe they are charging your cards until it ships.
