  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Komodo Confirmation Email replay info?

If it helps to triangulate when your order will go out and eases the mind (and therefore Clark's inbox), here is the history of my ST ordering process:

Time is in CST and what is called 'military time' ;)
Sat, 27 Jun, 17:44 - Received Jarred ST Announcement Email 'White Komodos Begin'
Sat, 27 Jun, 17:47 - Responded to Jarred and Clark "I would like to get a Komodo Stormtrooper."
Tue, 30 Jun, 14:31 - Received first from Clark, asking for billing and shipping addresses
30 Jun 2020, 18:07 - Responded with my details (after ordering some sweet RED hats on red.com to get my card into the system)
21 Jul 2020, 16:19 - Followed up to add the just announced Outrigger Handle to my order
22 Jul 2020, 01:42 - Clark replied in the middle of the night confirming the update to my order and that he will get back to me once it is my turn in the queue
23 Jul 2020, 03:48 - Received the long awaited 'It's your turn [...] here is the sales quote [...] confirm T&Cs' email. Clark is still not sleeping!
23 Jul 2020, 08:55 - Responded with my confirmation and final payment details
27 Jul 2020, 03:16 - Received email from Clark (who has been awake for the past 21 days) that my payment didn't go through due to safety max on my card OOOOOPPPS!
27 Jul 2020, midday - Clark and I had a very nice phone call, figured out the payment, and finalised everything. The
27 Jul 2020, afternoon - SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION - ETA: TOMORROW AM

Thank you for that. According to my calculations ours should be up very soon. My business partner got our 1st Clark e-mail around 6:30PM EST, and replied immediately. Hope that we hear this week, and possibly get the Bye Bye Blue that we requested.
 
@ Johannes thank you for that amazing info! I am from Chicago as well and received initial email same as you, however still waiting for my position in Queue for payment details etc. ( Have had several contact from Clark after adding in some extra goodies to my order). Hoping this is the week!!
 
Got notification (while requesting some extra toys yesterday) from the amazing Mr Clark that itll be 7 days till it's go time.

Received the initial Jarrod email at 4:47 MDT. Replied at 5:06pm. Wet myself at 5:05pm.
 
Allocation Email Received! Finished my call with Dynahlee just now (Clark has 3 other helpers...so perhaps things will speed up even more)

For anyone trying to figure out when your turn is next...my email reply from Clark (for all the shipping/billing/informations) was on July 1st 9am PST
 
Got the call from Clark squad today and put in my order. Looks like they are rolling through the list in a pretty big way now.

This is good news as my email was also July 1st 4pm EST
 
Congratulations to everyone who received or is about to receive their baby Dragon!
The rest of us, it is only a matter of time, and things are moving fast by the looks of it!

Got the allocation email yesterday evening. Still haven't had a call or email confirming my payment data.


UPDATE: I got the call this afternoon & my payment is processed.

Got allocation last night just before 8PM EST. Should be here by the end of the week! As I said earlier, our initial Clark email was June 30 around 6:30 PM EST.
 
Order processed last night. Should have it shipped out today! Can’t wait. :)
 
Got allocation email from Clark at 1:49 am PST this morning and just spoke with Jiselle. Camera arrives tomorrow!

I got my initial ST confirmation email from Clark on July 1st (12:42 pm PST). I responded at 1:05 pm.

Seems like RED is currently handling orders from those who responded that day.

I appreciate Clark, Jiselle, and the rest of the team for doing their best in getting us our Komodos. They are hauling ass this week!
 
This kind of discouraging I been trying to pay all month. I think they are just overwhelmed and getting a bigger response than imagined.

Update : Komodo is currently on a plane somewhere over the great Rockies. Will be delivered here in Chicago tomorrow.

Yia sou File! Pos ise;

Was suppose to be in Greece all summer with the Komodo however Covid threw a malakos @ us. Hope you get yours soon ! Xarika kai Na se Kala!
