Hi all. New here, tried my best to look through threads for similar issues but couldn't find any. Hopefully this isn't a repeat issue and I just missed it.
I have two v-lock battery plates for my komodo. The Tilta and the Vaxis 600 wireless transmission mount.
Tilta was purchased with the camera and was mounted first. I noticed the tilta was tight and hard to remove when I got the vaxis. Vaxis was hard to mount too. Now I have come to swap back after the vaxis has been on for 2 months I can't get the thing off at all.
I am holding on the red eject buttons but the mount will not move even a tiny bit. I have tried everything I am comfortable doing without damaging the camera. I am really applying force to remove it and it does not move. Tried with two people and still nothing. The camera has had just the two plates on once each so the mount could be quite tight and still new.
Anyone else had this issue?
Are the red buttons supposed to click or anything? they just depress for me but I wonder if they are not working correctly and nothing actually loosens on the mount at all.
Any help appreciate I am pretty desperate at this point.
I contacted vaxis and they sent some videos and it takes no effort on their side to remove the plate so something is definitely wrong on my end as it's rock solid on there.
