Komodo 6K Canon RF 24-70mm f/2.8L IS USM AUTOFOCUS

Can any of you share your experiences with the Canon RF 24-70mm f/2.8L IS USM autofocus on Komodo 6K body?

I had 2 focus points where 1 focus object was 4 meters from me and then my extended hand as close focus.
After few successful back and forth autofocus switchings the autofocus box from green become yellow or white and stoped changing the autofocus.
Taping on the screen in different places to focus, pan to other subject or changing manually focus distance on the ring does not change focus.
It got locked in really close focus distance wheres not even adjusting focus ring did anything.

The only way to reset AF was switching physical AF/MF button on the lens or pressing Start autofocus from menu

I know on some of the early series lenses compatibility is not as good.

I have a first series 300mm f2.8 which doesn't do autofucus but I can still use the app to do focus by wire. This and iris control can freeze up, disconnecting the lens and reconnecting usually fixes it.
