Unfortunately some low life's thought it would be a good idea to steal a load of my kit from a shoot. When they couldn't work out what most of it was they dumped it out in the rain and kept the bits that they thought were good. I.e the little T.V ( 7" Red LCD ) and the easy rig vario 4 serial 171. So if anybody has a 7" monitor to sell me please let me know. It's all insured, but the ballasts and other electrics are pretty much ruined. No doubt when they realise they can't watch scooby doo on the TV they will dump that as well.

Scumbags - did they just brazenly walk on set when no one was looking and steal them?

Not quite, i can't say too much just i case they are caught, but what they did was very sneaky. I seem to be hearing about theft more and more from my insurers which of coarse pumps premiums up for everyone. The film industry has become a real target for thieves of late.
