Sell my personal and beloved KINOPTIK TEGEA 9,8mm f1/1.8 PL mount plus original sunshade and caps with all my heartache.
Works perfectly with RED ONE and EPIC. Cobers 4K and I unknow if covers 5K.
Warning NOT WORKS WITH ALEXA OR OTHER CAMERAS!!!!!............. due the length of the PL mount.
Reason I live on spain, I need money, hard times on my country.
Coatings are near perfect condition (on front element you can find some mnicroscopic cleaning mark bery dificult to see).
Lense in very good condition for its age (no scratches no coating damages, not fungus, not haze).
Lens is collimated.
Lens has some very verry minimal minimal internal dust (normal on all lenses if you see it trhoug a light).
Iris works perfectly smooth.
Focus works smooth (but a bit firm by the big weigt of lens and the mechanic design of focus mechanism, but is the normal way of go for this lenses).
Image of this SUPER WIDE ANGLE covers 110 degrees, but is a !!rectilinear angular !! (not fisheye) .
Was favorite lens of, Stanly Kubrick which used this kind of lenses on "orange clock work" ant "the shaining" (maze, and tricycle through the hallway).
Beutifull Vintage image no posible with modern lenses.
Pl mount is professionally made , with rear black matte conus to improve contrast and to protect rear glass element
Asking 2600$ + shipping
