Hello fellows, i need some input form you as i am floating in a gray cloud now. I have an anamorphic rehousing project with Kim and i would like to know what was your experience with that company?
any input would be appreciated
thanks
Luka

I had two lenses rehoused with Kim - Nikkor 17-55mm f/2.8 DX & Angenieux 28-70mm f/2.6. I'm happy with the work. It's not Van Diemen or TLS - far from it - but then neither is the pricing. The Nikkor is great, and has become my most used lens on my URSA Mini 4.6k. Focus, Iris & Zoom all work smoothly and the build feels solid. The Angenieux's zoom was a bit stiff when it arrived, so Kim took it back and serviced it for me. The zoom is still a bit stiff, and I've the option to send it back, but it is usable. I don't use it as much as I thought I would.

However, it did take a long time to get the lenses back. Months and months. Kim said he had received a new milling machine and it was taking longer to get calibrated than he had hoped. I think he's really busy - clearly there's a high demand for what he does. But rest assured, you will get them eventually, you just have to be patient.

Thanks! its still early to say but lets see how Mr.Kim plays his cards
