Kids Classroom or science lab location to rent for commercial in Los Angeles

Any help appreciated. Not sure where to look for. (Location brokers? )

I shot a short film at Pierce college in Woodland Hills, and they were very accommodating. They let me have four rooms (one for dining, one for staging, one for cast, and one to shoot in), and I didn't have to have an LA film permit (since they issue their own). My contact's name was Brian Silk, and he's a great guy.

Another place I looked at is the LA Gay and Lesbian Center in Hollywood. They were fairly accommodating as well, the only reason we didn't shoot there was the rooms didn't have exterior windows. The coordinator for that is Shaunessy, and I'm not sure of the number off the top of my head but you can find it relatively quickly online.

I hope this helps,

-Phil
