I'm selling a like-new KFX Aurora Max remote head package. It can be configured in 2 or 3-axis and has the latest wireless and backpan modules added. I've only had it for 1.5 years and hardly used it at all as I'm always travelling for work and it doesn't make sense for me to have.

It's perfect for run-of-show TV series or features where 1st AC's, Operators, or DP's can rent it out as it's a Techless remote head like the Mosys L40. It's a beautiful super smooth/quiet head and has a crazy payload capacity of about 120lbs. This can hold all 35mm film cameras with the largest/heaviest zooms and is butter smooth.

1x KFX Aurora Max 2-Axis
1x KFX Roll module 3rd Axis
1x Control Console 2-axis and 3rd-axis
3x Handwheels
1x Latest Wireless Module installed
1x Latest Backpan Module installed
3x Custom Laser-cut Pelican Cases

+ All command/power cables with backup cables of each (75’, 10’, 2’)
+ Extra fuses / bolts / screws / AKS

Altogether with the 3rd axis, wireless and backpan modules, etc I paid $87,605 USD.

With how little I used it and the near new condition, and hardly making any $ on it (probably no more than $3,000) I’d love to try to get close to $78,000 USD for it.

KFX’s service and communication is top notch and I’m sure they’ll take care of you.

It can rent for $2,500-3000/week on a show so it would take about 26-32 weeks to pay off. Or about 2 TV series.

It's located in NY and actually at KFX right now and has been recently serviced to make sure it's in top notch working order, ready to shoot.

If interested, please DM me, thanks!

Norm
