Keymaps Issue

I was in Keymaps assigning buttons to to the camera and viewfinder. I assigned button 5 on the viewfinder to view Raw. When I click the button I get to the Raw mode but can't get back to the Look mode. I went back to Keymaps to reassign the button to a different one but it does not take. I tried other functions such as Zebra and Magnify. They work but none of the other functions do. I thought it was a viewfinder problem, but I tried buttons 1 and 2 on the camera and I can't assign those functions there either. The day before I was able to switch from Look to Raw and assign buttons. I have reset the user settings that were saved on my SD card and I get the Look mode to start off with. Once I view Raw, I can't get back to the Look mode. I have tried rebooting and have gone back to factory default settings and I still can't get back to the Look mode.

This happened on a shoot. Has anyone else encountered this problem?


For future software updates on the camera, I think it would be useful to have an indicator to let you know what mode your in if there isn't one already.
