I didn't find any info on this topic here, so I thought opening one...

What type of keyboard do you use for your editing program? Standard keyboard, custom keyboard like EditorsKeys or Logic, or some keyboard covers for your standard keyboards?

I'm using a Macbook Pro and I need a keyboard for editing. So I thought why not get a custom keyboard for my editing program (80% probability FCPX). My problem with custom keyboards from EditorsKeys and Logic is that they are wired to USB and on my Macbook Pro I only have two and I need them for other things.

So I thought of getting a wireless Apple keyboard and getting a KBcovers skin for that (http://www.kbcovers.com/servlet/Detail?no=365). What do you think of this solution? And generally, do you find these type of customizations useful in the editing procesS?

EDIT: I found that EditorsKeys also has silicon cover for wireless Apple keyboards. So this is the way to go for me. However I would appreciate some feedback on the different brands and their usability...

I went with an Apple Wireless keyboard + KBCovers FCPX skin. Hope it will be good :)
