Key Map Prob with Build v4

Posted here rather than to RED in case this helps others... (Scarlet, but applies to EPIC)

WANT:
To map a Preset to STILLS switch for single-frame 5K recording to SSD
PROCEDURE:
successfully mapped settings:
-12FPS
-59.9 shutter
-RC 5:1
to this

AND:
-want to also map:
PRESET>RECORD>MODE>CONTINUOUS RECORD> [x] LIMIT RECORD TO> 1-Frames

This would permit recording 1 frame still to SSD

PROBLEM:
Once above RECORD>MODE setting is set (and it works just fine BTW!), when I switch to my other presets which are set up for EXTERNAL RECORD (ie SSD must be dismounted, feed/trigger PIX recorder) - The RECORD>MODE can't seem to be mapped to set to:
RECORD>MODE>EXTERNAL RECORD ONLY
for these settings.

In other words. WHATEVER "RECORD>MODE>..." I make does not change when any other Preset is selected.

SO:
Either I am not seeing what PRESET>CAMERA PRESETS mapping button actually selects and modifies this function (there is no "RECORD MODE" choice that I can see in the mapping area of the PRESET MENU)
or
There is no way to modify this particular camera function

Thoughts?

The problem you are having is that we haven't exposed the new recording mode options to the preset system yet. The only reason we haven't yet is that this is the first beta release with these features and things may change before everything is finalized.

now that v4 is release build will recording mode be added to the presets soon? i would love to be able to save timelapse/ramp presets
