EDIT

SORRY GUYS!!

Do to Health reasons and more pressing matters at home, I have no choice but to abandon this project, and return to Italy at once.

Look forward in gaining my full health, well, as much as it can be allowed any ways giving my conditions, ;~) and return to a similar project bak home.

hi ketch

i know you made a list of 'creative' people you're looking for, but at the size of this project you'll need a couple of bookkeepers/accountants, a bunch of guys/gals doing nothing else than job aquisition, experienced maintenanced and repair technicians and so on.

wish you success but watch your health! sounds like a roller coaster ride.

Thanks Irmely, the reason for not posting those in is because I do kind of also have to give jobs to locals :)

that's nice! when untalented product designers knock at our door and ask us for a job david usually tells them we only hire ex-strippers.

HAHA!! I'm sure there will be some talented people locally, but if not, we will not surely be hiring Strippers..those come by for free al the time:crazy:

I'm local, I have a background as colorist, VFX and post and although I juggle film/video with live production shows (Lighting, Sound, Tech. Director, etc...) I've have had the pleasure of working with some top notch local creative talent so I don't think you'll have trouble in getting quality people for most of those positions. I do think a couple of the listed positions would be better served by LA talent.

Hi Matthew, definitely make sure to stop by once we are ready.

However you missed understood my last post in response to our fellow reduser, I said that I like to hire some locals, in the positions of accounting and various legal matters as well as internal positions, as far as the ones listed above, I my company and my clients, will hire any one they see fit for each given project based on their talent and experience and definitely not on were there are from.

Nice Ketch! Am not local or in your cinematographic league yet, however hopefully our paths were cross in the future. Good luck with the venture my friend. Sending creative energy your way ;)

Tim

I know this is way in advance but I thought I would ask. Do you have any interest in hiring a college film student for a month or two next summer?

Next summer, June to September, we will not be in Vegas, out on location shooting, also unfortunately we will be forced to hire experience Pros, and we usually will not be the ones do the hiring till at list our clients have n chosen based on Resume, and Demo reel.

Sorry.

For us being a new company but still catering to high end clients, we just can't hire Film Students as we need to provide them with industry qualified and Professional personnel, which again will be chosen upon resume' and demo reel viewing of their work.

But if we were to shoot something for ourselves we could always give opportunities to film students such yourself, just not when our name and reputation is on the line.
