KETCHFRAME is getting a "NEW" Home!!

[Gavin Greenwalt]

Good luck with the space Ketch!

Looks like this will finally be the year that I make it to NAB if I can manage. I hope you plan on continuing the Tiramisu tradition.

I have friends who just moved to Vegas and will have to drop a line and stop by if I'm ever in town you're free.

Thanks Gavin, I always find time for my fellow friends @ REDUSER, and count on the Tirami Su' I miss not having a restaurant too much some time, so I like to cook any chance I get .

Thanks Lewis, yes the design is Italian inspired as the owner travels constantly to Europe and Loves it, so it affected the way He wanted the bLofts to look fro the outside, avoiding the warehouse look was his goal, and I believe He succeeded fantastically in doing so.

Btw, those Paris Loft are really sweet!

Hehe, yes that was the plan, but things I guess do change, for me was just simply to stick to the original plan when I come back to America after surgeries, and just continue to follow my written Path!

Hope to get to see you next time around .

Haha, Albert it sure is my friend, it sure is.

Thank you, and you are right, working and leaving in the same space does present its disadvantages, but fortunately, the space is so well designed and very well divided from the leaving quarters upstairs, in separate entrances which makes it individual, so it will be much better, and in truth I really LOVE what I do, so I really don't considered work at all, but part of my life, of which I couldn't leave without.

Space looks amazing Ketch, you will make something great in there.

The complex looks very comfortable as well, much nicer than a backstreet industrial.

Make sure to do a video walk through after completing fit out. I always get a better sense than from still photos.

All the best!
