Thanks Rob! I hear you about the longer shots! I thought about that a lot while editing. Decided to keep it short and try to make it more of a tease for the full projects on my new site.
Big fan of your work!

Loved this. Saw it on my Vimeo feed yesterday. Love the Ken Block stuff...he is a character. I won't soon forget his bit on Top Gear, taking James May on a rather spirited ride around an old airport in California!

Yeah, that's what I thought when I first saw it. I get the whole "tease-for-more-to-come" kinda thing. In order to showcase your skills, (and this is just my personal opinion) some of those amazing shots would have benefited of being showed a little bit longer. Besides that, it's one of the best showreels I've ever seen in those genres. Keep up the good work!

(Btw, is it all shot with Dragon? I saw a few droneshots that looked like a DJI Phantom 4. I also got curious on the car slomo shot. Red or Phantom Flex?)

Rob, thanks for your feedback on that. I think when I eventually do another I will slow it down for sure!

Good eye on the other cameras! The tires vs. smoothies shot was shot on a phantom Miro. And yes there is a couple drone shots from my inspire 1. a quick over head at a skatepark, the clif jumpers, and the final ride away clip. Wondering if the x5 might make shots like these Less obvious or not?

Ah, you used the Phantom Miro and Inspire 1. I thought the slomo must have been a Phantom of some kind. Some of the droneshots were pretty obvious due to the classic "over-sharpened" look that's kinda hard to get rid of. I don't know if the DJI X5 solves the problem or not. (I usually use a DJI Phantom 4 but there's still that nasty over-sharpening going on but not as obvious as previous models.)
My favorite shots are the last one with the tangerine, the woodshop segment, the dusty mountain, the turquoise truck segment and of course the tire vs. smoothies shot. :yesnod:
