The newer one never lived up to the flexibility or durability of this one (imo)

Thanks to our Modi-Vers divider system this unique design fits a large range of cameras; from
compact cameras with many accessories to full size professional cameras with battery and lens installed.
A provided kit fastens on to the GRIZZLY-3, and includes a Tripod Sling, 2 additional straps and a Rain Cover.

PALMS-1 ADVANCED LIGHTING CASE

Ergonomically adjustable curved buckle designed for comfort and ease of use. The buckle locks closed no matter how tight you choose to make it. To open; just push back the trap with your thumb.PALMS are a functional breakthrough in the design of soft, reinforced cases. They are available in two sizes to permit the carrying of a large variety of accessories and sensitive equipment primarily used for lighting kits: Lights and power supply in the main compartment, 4 stands in the side pockets. Their smooth and low outside profile facilitates storage and shipping.The interior of the bag is made of a loop fabric called Yelloop to which you can attach the Modi-Vers dividers. It is a bright yellow material, so that the contents can be viewed with ease. Toblerone shock absorbers are made from synthetic thermo-rubber that absorbs shocks and protects the case from abrasion, dirt, mud and standing water.Interior mesh pockets may be used to store cables, reserve bulbs and filters

A reinforced plate forms the base, on which are mounted the two halves of the case, each shaped like the palm of a hand. Based on the architectural principle of the arch, the Palms provide the equipment with complete protection. An aluminum pole handle allows for balanced carrying even when the center of gravity changes.
