  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Just got my shipping confirmation!

I agree ten fold. It would be cool know the numbers going out though or at least get an idea of where we are. But they're doing an amazing job! Can't wait.

No way that is going to happen yet. I just got my email yesterday for my Ti Mount being available that I ordered on August 27th... So all you guys who like me ordered the Canon Ti better get ready for the big wait as I think it will be a while before we see our Canon Ti Scarlet's. I think RED is about a month behind on shipping the already ordered Epic Ti Canon Mounts... And who knows how many that is?

However, the wait will be totally worth it. And I really think the Ti mount is the best way to go longterm. Even with the wait.

I waited 14 months for my RED One, 6 months for my BOMB, & etc. Hang in there everyone. And please leave the Bomb squad folks alone, let them do their jobs and one day your email will come.
 
Correct, we have to fulfill the outstanding individual Ti Canon Mount orders in order before we can start with the ones on SCARLET-X's. Good news is that increased production on those mounts is coming in now so we will eat through the backorder a lot faster than we have been.

Anyone who's ordered an Ai Mount package care to chime in? Waitin' on Ai package---SO-51196---seem to be missing an item on my listed open orders, and it appears to be 5.0" Touch LCD:

SCARLET-X AL CANON MOUNT PACKAGE 710-0032
SCARLET-X W/ AL CANON MOUNT / SIDE SSD 710-0026
720-0001 720-0001
REDVOLT 740-0020
RED STATION REDMAG 1.8" 750-0006
REDMAG 1.8" SSD 64GB 750-0025
DSMC TRAVEL CHARGER 790-0134

720-0001 being the DSMC side handle, as it matches the price. Anyone encountered something' similar with lack of LCD listed? No bomb squad rep yet.

I was missing the LCD as well and called
Red and they fixed it. I would give them a call or send them an email.
 
Contact you rep and they'll fix it no time.
Btw the side handle is 720-0012. Might be a typo.

Thanks for the update Brent. I believe the last update that RED gave for fulfilling all the Ti Canon Mounts before those Scarlets can ship was estimated to be December 15th. Is this still the current estimate?

Hi Andersen,
Yeah I've had exactly the same issue with my account page order. However I've been assured my my rep that my order is in the RED system with the Touch/full package I ordered.
I'd of course check to make sure the same. But it's probably in there just like mine and no need to sweat too much.

Everything should have been in order, so it should have shipped today. I had them change the card that was going to be charged ahead of time to avoid any unwanted delay, so props go to Chris R. and Nar L. for all the help. But based on my other RED delivery times, I imagine I'll have a Scarlet in my hands Monday morning :-)
