Jupio Vietnam said they’d place an order for two BP-955 batteries a month ago, now they say they don’t accept individual orders from customers. Lousy customer support if you ask me.

Thanks Brian, but the batteries aren't available in Vietnam. I'll have to make arrangements to pick them up in Singapore.
 
If they are hard to source, buy Red or Canon. The Jupios crap out.
 
After telling Jupio that I’d be posting about my experience online, they had a change of heart and are now processing my order.
