Hey all,

I’m looking for some inexpensive v mounts to power accessories (smallhd, teradek’s and the like). I saw these on amazon:
Juicebox V-Mount Battery and Charger (95 Watt Hour) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01N7GHOQD/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_bqEcCbF4PW9VX

I don’t like going the cheap route but the reviews look pretty decent. Has anyone here had experience with these?

Had some come with a light kit rental and I used those to power the LEDs. They worked great for that. Seemed to be solid little guys, I was impressed by the price.

I'd feel comfortable using them to power director's monitor setups, etc.

V-Mounts are pretty simple devices. You're connecting straight to the battery voltage so you don't have to worry about cheap electronics outputting bad power. The electronics inside just balance the voltages of the individual cells for optimal lifespan.

I have two of these that I use with my Epic Dragon, never had a single issue with them, they're solid batteries, I've been using them for well over a year in all sorts of conditions and they never let me down once. Well worth the money!
