:001_smile: I don't post here much but I"ve been a RED user since Sept 26, 2008, when I got my RED ONE and the only available "cards" were CF cards and the twin labtop raid storage was not yet available. I've upgraded several times to my current Epic-W.
I just got 3 REDVOLT XLs recelled by John Ritter :001_smile: with help from his very conscientious daughter, Jennifer.:001_smile: They both did a wonderful job and Jennifer was great when I realized I had given her the wrong address. They had already sent me the ship notice. She was able to stop it and fix that.
I plan to have a couple of bricks and redvolts recelled by them soon.
