JASMINE - LA screening

[Guy Livneh]

Over five years after we shot it in Hong Kong, JASMINE is finally done. We shot on RED One with the beta version of the 4.5k firmware. As far as I know we were the first feature to shoot 4.5k (we were adventurous) in 2009. Post work at DPS in Hollywood who embraced our small project.

World Premiere was last month at HONG KONG INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL. US premiere was at DALLAS FILM FESTIVAL.

First screening in LA is this Tuesday 4/24 at 9:15 PM in Korea town - in competition at ASIAN PACIFIC FILM FESTIVAL.

It would be great to see fellow RED Users there.

Thanks,
Guy

Wish I could go! I'm friends with the director.

Unfortunately I'm out of town, but best of luck at the LA premiere!

Sounds like making the film was a Journey in itself, from the trailer looks and sounds great.

That dude's crazy!

Looks really intense. Probably catch it in DVD.
