Jamie 4 President - Music Video

[Ezequiel Romero]

I´ve never posted my footage around here, but I thought it would be nice to have some input.

I shot this with my R1 MX in a couple of days.

Thank you everybody! I´m really glad you like it
I love the combination of my R1 MX with my old Zeiss M42 glass.

[Akin A]

Looks very nice. All in available light?

[Ezequiel Romero]

Not at all, Akin.

We tried to use as much available light as possible (in night interiors we moved the existing lights a lot and changed some bulbs), and there´s a lot of negative fill. But we carried around a couple of battery powered LEDs to reinforce some lights or as keylights.
We also made a lot of in camera tricks, like having a couple of torches gelled in colors for the lens flares. I also used a lot of things in front of the lens. There are glasses, candles and even a knife put in front of the lens to make different effects. There is no post at all, and little color correction.
