  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

I've lost some footage! Anyone know of a good way to find it?

Okay guys. . .

. . . due to no one's fault but my own, I can't find some footage on my storage drives.

I know it's there, but I can't find it and I'm hoping to avoid having to open, one by one, each and every file the drives in order to find it.

Is there some program that will allow me to see the first frame of each R3D of every clip on my drive? I know I'll know it when I see it, but this needle in the haystack technique is killing me.

Thanks much!

Stephen

I never use REDcine-X Pro. . . always do everything in PP CS5.5. Perhaps this is the answer to my problem!

Is REDCine-X the same as REDCine-X Pro? If not, I don't see REDCine-X Pro on the RED website.

Thanks, Martin.

Or use the media browser in Adobe PP or Bridge

Guys, I can't thank you enough! I found my shot. . . and a way to find everything else I'm missing!

Thanks again!

Stephen
