Is it? Redrock with some extra gears or something?
And what would be the cheapest good follow focus?

Red Rock with gears.

For Nikon lenses, you can't go wrong with the Red Rock, best deal for the price point.

Redrock's are fine but these guys in India are much cheaper and the gears are almost the same. Especially if you have a lot of lenses.

which of those products would be appropriate for a RED/Nikon set up? also do they have a 19mm solution?

EDIT: I asked them, and they don't offer a 19mm solution.

Yeah, they have too much stuff, which are suitable for the RED/Nikon combo?

They are almost identical to RR except they do not send an extra long screw with any of them. I have a dozen RR and a dozen of these so far they are working fine and are hard to tell apart. A lot of the stuff these guys make is off a little bit (like the PL mount) but these are so simple they are OK. Just hard to pass up because they are so cheap.

So the picture in the auction is inaccurate?

Does seem like a good deal. I've had good luck with the RR gears. I've got some Brevis gears too. They are really nice aluminum gears but more of a pain to install on the lens.
