Apparently the way Windows 10 Pro handles CPUs with more than 64 threads can have a significant (and sometimes even severe) impact on performance in quite a few instances. Using Windows 10 Enterprise fixes the problem or disabling multithreading on Pro mitigates some of the performance hit. I'd be curious how much this would impact R3D decode/debayer in Resolve.
