  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

The M-X / Red Rocket bundle is something to think about. Great thing is that you can pay for the bundle now and get the Rocket. Then upgrade to M-X when your number is up...

correct.. however i did a sweep through my drive and only picked the files i marked as good takes.. so Basically I will use everything i am now rendering..

the problem is.. im exporting as HD files.. but have it set to full HIGH

RED don't want 3rd parties to mess with RMDs until the format is frozen and I respect that.
Clipfinder will get RMD support very soon after RED give the green light.

As for the looks copying, it seems to me that what you want is basically a synchronisation feature, i.e. a way to make sure that the content of 2 folders stays in sync.

Is that assumption correct ?

Yes, that assumption is correct. Syncing the two or more directories so that each clip has the same RSX/RMD file would save a lot of time for DIT's on set.

I rendered out my prores4444 files from redcine-x... now i need to get them back into fcp for the online... I have the original xml file, but in clipfinder i dont have an option to pick those clips.. only the proxys or the r3d (in adobe)
