Issues with Black Magic Ultra Studio Mini Recorder

Hello,

Having issues getting a feed from Epic or Scarlet using the Black Magic Ultra Studio Mini Recorder.

We have tried this with not only direct from camera HD-SDI form both a Scarlet-X and an Epic-X,
but also having issues getting a signal from a loop-out form the video village monitor.

the Device DOES , however,work on an Alexa setup.

Any ideas why this device is acting up? Seems not to like Red Feeds, which I can understand- But a loop-out of the monitor? that seems like something else is wrong!

Maybe check the refresh rate of the SDI (can you even change the refresh rate of the SDI)? Force it to 1080/24.

From memory I think the Alexa defaults to outputting 1080psf. Epic only outputs 1080p. Make sure the Mini Recorder is set up accordingly.
