Hello,
I've bought a Tilta lightweight matte box to use with my RED Scarlet-W but I have a problem with it. The Mattebox is not in line with the center of the lens and it's unusable with my 24mm lens (it crops the image).
I have talked with the dealer but he says that the rods are offset and I have to align them, so this may require an offset mount or another different base plate. (I'm using the RED baseplate). Another solution they gave to me was to remove the filter trays (It's not a solution, if I remove the filter trays I can't use it with ND filters).

I don't know if what they say is correct or the Mattebox have a manufacturer issue and should be replaced for a new one. What do you think?

The baseplate may have slipped a little. Losen it and see if the matte box aligns.

This for sure. The mattebox is also seated pretty far forward which I'm sure is due to the misalignment. Also, 4x4 matteboxes are quicker to show themselves in wide lenses, though with your setup and everything lined up, a 24 shouldn't do that to you.

What base plate? 15mm x 100mm studio? 15mm 60mm lightweight? 19mm studio? but most likely you just need to mount the baseplate square to the camera.

Thank you so much to everyone.

I'm using a 15mm RED baseplate. I tried your recomendations, changing the baseplate orientation a little bit, and I can get a image without crop. But, one side of the mattebox is too far from the lense (I attached an image -sorry for the focus- a bit far for the lense delivately, so you can see it more easely)

In the baseplate image it looks as though it's askew. The right side of the plate looks closer to the front of the body than the left side.

Yes, but if I align the baseplate, the mattebox appears in the image (in the first images that I post it's aligned).

Try another matte box to make sure yours isn't messed up.

Good idea. If you find that yes, it is your mattebox...see if there are any horizontal adjustments that can be made at the railmount on the MB. Sometimes you can do some micro-adjustments.
