Hi, I would like to ask what ISO to use for the best footage quality ( no noise and the best dynamic range) in ProRes. Is it ISO 800? What ISO to use if I am shooting scene with a lot of highlights? What ISO to use if I am shooting scene with a lot of shadows? What ISO to use if I am shooting standard scene with some shadows and highlights? Thanks for advice!

You nailed all your questions. Try it out because the best juge is you.

Don’t overexpose. Because digital can be digged in the shadows and cleaned but not recovered after clipping the highlights.
