Is this a bad sensor?

I am leaving for a shoot tomorrow and started running tests when i notice a yellow line running down the middle of my screen. I as hoping it was just the screen, but it is in the footage. has anyone ran into this? I will attach a still, and then zoomed in you can see the yellow line. It shows up a lot more with better lighting.

Reinstall Firmware.

I had this happen a couple of years ago on Red MX on a shot and Red was able to create a Redcine version that fixed the line.

It looks to me that the center pixel line and the extreme camera right pixel line are swapped.

Thank you for the suggestion. I am doing another black calibration. Right after i started it I realized that I should have reinstalled the firmware first. I am going to have to do it again once the firmware is updated. I am leaving for a shoot in japan in about 10 hours. i am sort of losing my mind right now.
