Is there a workflow currently working?

Okay, sorry for coming across as rather irritated, but things just aren't coming together here. I'm very glad Red is continually making enhancements and pushing the envelope, but can we please lock in a workflow that actually works.

I've had a number of different workflows that have worked in the past, but now with the new MX sensor, nothing is coming together and I have delivery deadlines that just don't wait.

Red Alert does not work (image comes out yellow), After effects is not carrying old grading setting when mixing from non-mx and now mixing with mx, RedCine is not generating new quicktime proxies with corrections no matter what I try, rendering out of redcine takes forever and then most times stops at 99% and quicktime fails to open.

Am I missing something here?

I don't use RCX for these reasons.

The clipfinder/Rocketcine X 1740 combo has worked solidly for 200 gig a day for almost 3 months now...

If you are in a hurry, drag/drop R3Ds into your Adobe Premiere Pro CS5 or Sony Vegas Pro 9 timeline, edit, and done. Couldn't be any simpler, really. Both support the latest color science and FLUT.

Here, http://www.adobe.com/products/premiere/redsupport/. I can't imagine an easier workflow.
