Ahhhhhhh ... we beat the holy hell out'ta Elvis and Mr. Bond on a regular basis.

We have not had ANY issues with our cameras since our "original" first run cameras were swapped for "X"s.

Have run both cameras 20 hours straight. No issues.

Had to do an 18 hour day in DC not too long ago, camera was powered down for a total of a 1/2 hour all day, we even shot through lunch and dinner. went from F20º outside to F80º inside with no issues.
(I hate those brutal music video days:ranting2: )

i did a 24 hour timelapse with the reddrive a few months back with the original camera 0031, without any problems. but have also run two camera shoots off A/C that lasted 18 hours+ with no power downs.

have had the camera in 4 degree F all day in tahoe area and in a 8 degree F cold room for commercial,

100+F in africa all day,

On a boat in 90+ F in africa all day and into the night,

in the middle of sand dunes with sand for 50 miles in all direction, in the middle east 90+ F 14+ hours two cameras.

we have not dropped our cameras, so i can not speak about abuse. but the camera has been to five continents in 6 months with only minor issues related to beta software.

1) What ASA was the camera set at when you noticed 20 hours straight. No issues ?

I ran 7 hours a day but with “noisy pictures”?

2) What was the temperature of the camera and the surrounding environment when you noticed 20 hours straight. No issues ?

3) Are you now using Build 15 ? ( V2.1.x or above )

Fringing as well in the brightest areas. ( Edge of the objects ) liek a kind of CA etc.

One of my cameras has taken a 6 foot dive and landed lens down on the ground. It was dirt so that may have absorbed the fall. It KEPT RECORDING, and nothing was wrong. I sent it back to Red to check it out just in case and it was fine. They fixed an audio problem with the camera that had nothing to do with the fall. Thing is a tank, and so are Zeiss Superspeeds =]
