Have people used Lectrosonics UCR411a/um400 (line level) with the RedOne?
Dave,

with build 16 do we have to pad the Lectros? want is the setting on the lectros receiver and transmitter end?

I meant to say feed line level to the Lectros, (should read 0dB on the analog meters) & feed line level to RED camera at -20dBfs (dB "full scale" on digital meters) AFAIK padding is good only on build 17 (-12dB at Lectros output)...

Thanks, so if I understand you correctly, since I'm on Build 17, you're saying the line level in camera should be set to 0dB, the level of the UCR411a receiver should be set to -12db and the SMa transmitter should be set to whatever is right for the given vocal, is that correct?

Using a Lectro SMa:
"Observe the audio level LEDs while speaking or
singing into the microphone at the same voice level
that will be used during the program. While holding
the AUDIO button, press the UP or DOWN arrow
buttons until the both the -20 and -10 LEDs glow
green, with the -20 LED occasionally flickering red."

And yes, in theory that should do the trick...

Thanks a lot! That's what I was doing with the SMa's (like you quoted from the manual), just the other settings were a bit of guesswork. Big help, I appreciate it!
