I have lodged two requests for assistance via Red.com-support-contact us. Neither request has had any response. What is the correct procedure for a complaint or request for assistance?

Try phoning your local Red service centre direct. And/or emailing your Bomb squad rep too.

I sent a ticket/request for assistance on monday but have not heard anything either.. Must be some delays at support these days. Hope I'll get a respons soon
