Irish Short shot on Epic w/h Lomos

[Piers McGrail]

Hey all, here are a few grabs from a short film I shot last week using Lomo anamorphics. Quick grade in RedCineX. More grabs here.

[BRANDON JAMESON]

Beautiful work!
which lomos did you use?

[Stephen Mick]

Nice work, Piers. Looking forward to seeing the short sometime.

[Piers McGrail]

Thanks! They were roundfront Lomos - 35/50/75 and 100mm. The 35mm was very distorted @ 5K, so mainly stuck with the others.

[BRANDON JAMESON]

truly wonderful work, as always!!!
big fan here.

[Jesper Sichlau]

Fantastic! Love each and every frame!

[Vadim Bobkovsky]

Looks crazy good and very organic, if you ask me...

[Yousuf Abbasi]

Looking forward to seeing it. Your jaguar piece blew me away.

[Stephen Mick]

Hey, Piers! I'd love to hear what your lighting/grip setups were like, and what your overall approach was with the cinematography. Cheers!

[Daniel Soderberg]

I'd love to see the short, or at least some clips! Any plans to post?

[Jeff J Daniels]

Looks great! You have an impressive portfolio, very nice work.

[Daniel Soderberg]

Piers, were these square or round fronts? Thanks!

[Thomas Pierrepont]
