Introducing the Switronix XDC-2LS 12v Battery Charger

Switronix has a new two-bay V-lock battery charger, the XDC-2LS. What’s special is that it powers off of 12vdc instead of plugging into AC power. The charger has an XLR-4 plug on the back, and a cable to plug it directly into a car cigarette lighter is included. The charger is powerful, simultaneously charging a pair of RED 140v Li-Ion batteries in just four hours. Now fast, portable power is available anywhere.

This charger also works great in SOLAR applications because it eliminates the need for a power inverter.

Is there an AC adapter option for this, that it could be an all-in-one solution?

It takes 12v in with an 80w draw, so I guess you could buy a power supply that would deliver this and you'd be all set. But I think I'd rather put my money towards a second standard charger, as I'd be halfway there already.
