Not quite the same ;-) it's ok when I use a naturalistic look but if I use a strong lut the color fall appart on the Slog3 footage. Are you able to match the Sony to your Red well?

Do you use cinematch?... I use Phantom luts for the fx series and Komodo and I was planning on doing some tests to see if they match...Not quite the same ;-) it's ok when I use a naturalistic look but if I use a strong lut the color fall appart on the Slog3 footage.
The issue with the Sony sensors is that they have a bit of a digital look and the colors tend to be less accurate than Red IME.Never tried. Tell me what your findings are. But I bet you'll allways be able to downgrade an image. I wonder if you would find the same texture to a picture based on different sensor tech.
I can only give an answer for N-RAW High Quality using N-LOG on the Z8/Z9 at 8K60p. For a 2tb card, it is just under 45 minutes. Z8 I can't really get that fully continuous due to heat and power issues with the weak battery. The Z9 can easily record the entire 2TB card with a single battery and no heat issues (except maybe high ambient temps or direct intense sunlight.) Not sure how this will apply to the Zr and also cannot speak to any other formats. How much footage would you fit in a 2tb card?
Tascam will be releasing a ZR compatible XLR Adapter. That should transmit via the Hot/Smart Shoe.
Do you have a review somewhere? For those of you not on social media, I do indeed have the ZR for a few days. I have lots of thoughts of things to add/change via firmware. But really impressed so far and it is real, real small.
