Just seen the upgrade option on the Uk website, good deal !

Just to know something, someone know the fov of the 6k crop on the EPIC-W ? As with my dragon I shot a lot in 6k with speed, I would like to know the crop factor.

Thanks !

Alex

[ROBERT MEEKS]

Got my order in and I CANNOT WAIT!!!!! Thank you Jarred and Brent for making these upgrade paths for us! FREAKIN AMAZING!

[Blair S. Paulsen]

what is max frame rate for Epic W at 8KHD and 6KHD?

Likely the same max FPS for HD format as for full frame since the same number of vertical pixels are read/reset. In some cases you can get a slightly lower compression ratio with a skinnier frame, but if you want higher FPS you will need to go to 2:1 or 2.4:1 AR.

Cheers - #19

[Tuomas Hakala]

Now just waiting for someone to confirm the actual 6.5K FF and WS max FPS since it is missing from the sheet... (7K WS not getting up to 50p is bit limiting for me)

[Philip Lanyon]

Does anyone know if the epic w or the s35 helium are upgradable to vv?

In the store it says they are not compatible with 8k lens mounts.

[Andy Maser]

It's interesting that the fps is that same for both 8K and 7K (30), then there's a jump to 75fps at 6K. Wonder what's up with that. Surprised that we don't get 48 or 60fps at 7K.

I missed your upgrade path? For Weapon? It was to expensive :iamwithstupid: But Now i see that a Red one ist still good for an 10.000K Discount an my new Dragon 15.000K ???

[Brendan H. Banks]

Jarred and Brent...cant thank you guys enough. So excited to receive my E-W this week. After a long wait for originally an S-W, the time without payments helped us save up and now I'm just so damn stoked!
