Installed latest Dragon (Scarlet) Firmware - Thumbnails Corrupt

Looking forward to this function, but all thumbnail rectangles show pink corrupt looking frames. Actual playback of said clips is fine, no problems with the media. Clips created with previous firmware show up with the Red logo in the thumbnail. Fine. But what's the deal with new clips showing up as corrupt pink static instead of thumbnail images? I have tried secure format of the media, and creating new clips, still just pink junk. Everything else seems to be fine with camera and firmware.

And just a quick note, I just updated to the most recent firmware, and once again, pink corrupt thumbnails with perfectly solid footage.

Does it matter if they're Regular or Mini mags?

I have wondered if that's a factor, as I only have regular mags. But I could not find any documentation which says mini mags are required for the feature. And interestingly, clips created using a prior firmware produced the Red logo in the thumbnail, which I assume is normal behavior. But new clips created with current firmware produce only pink corruption.

Well we have multiple people with the same problem, and no documentation suggesting there are limitations or conditions in which the thumbnail feature should not work. My camera is Scarlet Dragon. Are there Epic Dragons suffering the same issue?

Yep, having the same problem with our Epic Dragon.
