I've long been wondering why there isn't a basic installer for this stuff. I have some limited knowledge in creating pkg installers and I don't think it would be all that hard. Whats up Adobe? Is it permissions? That the user can decide to install PP/AEFX in a custom location?

I might have to refresh myself on how to make it happen. If I get a chance I'll post the results.

Thanks James! I had to change the permissions of the two files in order to make them work properly - had to go get the permission hack here: http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=841825
